- Poha (Flattened rice)
- Peanuts
- Onion
- Tomato

Green Chillies
- Mustard Seeds
- Hing (Asafoetida)
- Turmeric Powder
- Salt
- Sugar
Recipe
- Add oil in pan, heat and add peanuts, mustard seed, hing
- Add finely chopped onions first, then chopped chilli and tomato
- Add water to poha and drain immediately to avoid sogginess
- Combine the two add salt (and maybe sugar), tumeric
